Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins, which have a variety of important functions in the human body. For example, our muscles are made of contractile proteins that make it possible for us to move around. 20 different amino acids are called proteinogenic amino acids, as they are required for the synthesis of proteins in our body. Nine of these amino acids cannot be produced by our body. Accordingly, they must be ingested through food or supplements on a regular basis. Our fruity, refreshing Premium EAA powder provides more than 10 g of essential amino acids per serving.
