1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of successful placement.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS and/or Email.
2. Shipping Time
Delhi–NCR: 1–2 working days
Metro Cities: 2–4 working days
Rest of India: 3–7 working days
Deliveries to remote or hilly regions may take slightly longer than the standard timelines.

A tracking link will be shared with you via SMS/Email once your order has been dispatched.
4. Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping (₹0) on all orders.
COD Orders: ₹50 – ₹90 (variable, based on delivery location and pincodes).
5. COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy
COD service is available only for eligible and serviceable pincodes.
In case of two consecutive failed delivery attempts, the order will be cancelled automatically.
Repeated fake, refused or undelivered COD orders may result in COD being permanently disabled for that customer.
6. Address & Contact Accuracy
The Supplement Store will not be responsible for delays, non-delivery, or returned shipments arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses or phone numbers provided by the customer.
Customers are requested to carefully verify their full address, landmark, and mobile number before confirming the order.
7. Damaged or Tampered Parcels
If the parcel appears to be opened, damaged, or tampered at the time of delivery:
Do not accept the shipment from the delivery agent.
Record clear photos/videos of the parcel and contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp or Email.
Our support team will review the case and assist you with a suitable resolution at the earliest.
8. Non-Delivery or Delay
If your order is not delivered within the expected time frame:
Please reach out to us via WhatsApp/Call/Email with your Order ID.
Our team will coordinate with the courier partner and aim to resolve the issue within 24–48 hours.
9. International Shipping
Currently, The Supplement Store ships orders within India only.
International shipping options will be introduced soon.
